The Centre for eLearning provides a range of services to assist in the preparation of materials for flexible, online or print-based delivery.

Graphic design, computer graphics and computer animation play a major role in materials development in print, audiovisual or computer based applications. Curtin's experienced Graphic Designers can create attractive and informative visuals for teaching, learning and research by schools/departments and by external users.

Graphic Design offers the following services:

  • Web site design and construction
  • Blackboard templates
  • Support materials for national teaching awards
  • Graphic design for overhead transparencies and colour 35mm slides
  • Design for educational publications
  • Cover designs, brochures, diagrams and illustrations for scientific papers and conference presentations
  • Computer graphics manipulations and scanning colour images
  • Computer (2D and 3D) animations and slideshows
  • Photo manipulations, editing complex graphics and touch-ups for enhancements in other applications or programs
  • Frame grabbing from on-line video for insertion into other applications
  • Computer graphics for Datashow, multimedia, CAL and video.
